"We had All about trees contracted to trim some large branches which over hung out son's trailer. If they would have broken off during a storm, they would have more then likely went through the roof. All about trees gave us a good price. We left a deposit and they were coming back next week to do the job. We left SC and drove back to Florida. They kepted us updated and returned the following week as contracted. They sent us pictures before and after the jobs completion. They went far beyond our expectations!! Excellent job, very professional and friendly. We would definitely use them again. We highly recommend this company if your in need of tree trimming service."

Palm tree removal expenses range from $150 to $1,500, with pricing primarily determined by the tree's height and accessibility. Removing taller specimens requires specialized equipment and safety protocols, pushing costs toward the upper end of this range. Stump grinding represents an additional expense of $175 to $550 if needed. Obtaining multiple removal estimates helps ensure competitive pricing for your specific situation.
Palm growth rates vary considerably by species, with most gaining approximately one to two feet annually under favorable conditions. You'll notice substantial development within three to five years after planting. Many varieties reach their characteristic appearance within seven to 10 years. The aesthetic enhancement to your property increases progressively as the palm matures, potentially adding considerable curb appeal and landscape value.
Several palm varieties demonstrate impressive cold tolerance for non-tropical environments. The needle palm ranks among the hardiest options, capable of surviving brief temperature drops to surprisingly low levels. Depending on size and availability, cold-resistant varieties cost between $100 and $300. Strategic placement in protected locations and appropriate winter protection measures significantly improve survival rates in challenging climates.
Professional palm trimming services cost between $100 and $1,500 per tree. This wide price range reflects variations in palm height, frond density, and access challenges. Taller specimens require specialized equipment and greater safety precautions, significantly increasing service costs. Most palm varieties benefit from annual or semi-annual maintenance to remove dead fronds and seed pods while maintaining an attractive appearance.
